Our elder plants have been exceedingly generous this year, and I've been asked to share!
Gather with me and learn how to make elderberry syrup: an anti-inflammatory and immune-supporting syrup that will help keep you healthy throughout the winter. I'll share my personal recipe, give tips on how to tailor it to your family's needs, and share how you can give it a boost!
Participants will get to try elderberry syrup and create a unique elderberry syrup kit with instructions to take home!
